This is similar with the one with Voice Over, in that one you have to activate voice over and when switching the language press Power a few times fast and the setup.app crashes. As in that case the SB is only available for 1-2 seconds unfortunately 🙁

I can’t get back to the Languages choose screen, can you help me? I can only get as far as choosing the wifi network. I can also go to screens after that one, but not before that.
If you used the XAMPP to view your iCloud Locked iPhone in iTunes you will need to restore it in order to get back the setup starting from language. As far as I know there is no other way to get it back other then restoring.
Once you do restore it DO NOT connected it back to iTunes with XAMPP running or you will lose this function again.

This only half way works. It will reboot to the springboard for a few seconds, but not long enough to interact. Then it just redirects back to setup page/back to the server.
