Hi! I bought an iPhone 4s with ios 9.2.1 How can i unlock the icloud? The last owner of the phone is get the phone from his aunt who died so he don’t know the access of the account. I have the id e-mail and the right password but the id is locked because of security reasons! Please help me! What can I do in this situation! Thanks for the help

Hello to all good people with same problem.
Can anyone help me, it was my late mum phone, due to the family quarrel my sister changed password to prevent me to use the same. Since the phone ended up with me as one of things I inherited from my late mummy I have even more deterrent to unlocked it despite my half sister idea to hurt me. Tried to find reasonable solution several times, but without success. Please if someone can help me to overcome this it would be a noble thing. I know Apple email, date of birth, but not answers to secret questions in order to obtain passport. I must to say that when my mum bought the phone she was the one who opened iCloud account and I cannot even legally request assistance from Apple despite I said that I am her son, since sister activated option lost/stolen option I couldn’t do it due to the fact that I couldn’t provide other then name and surname, DoB and email they required password or answers on secret questions.
Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to hear anything that could help me unlock it and have it with me as dear memory on my mum.
