Hi, when I use the iOS 9 bug, it works and takes me to the home screen and the touch respond works!!!! But there is an app that “overrides” everything and makes the device restart.

Solution??
Can you make a tool to stop this app from starting or just delete this app from starting?

Good effort on the video, but this way of the crash does not really give you access to the home screen. Think outside of the box a little more.
